The desk's research, inside your assistant.
Add StandPoint to Claude, to ChatGPT, or to any assistant that speaks MCP, and ask in words: what the desk published today, where a name sits on its levels, how the record reads. The answers come from the live data, read-only, and every pick arrives with the instant and the price it was published.
- Nine read-only tools: the picks, the levels, the screener, the record
- Every pick answered with the instant and price it was published
- Sign in once; disconnect from your account whenever you like
What can StandPoint do?
I can read what the desk published today and every open position, each with the instant and price it was published; the archive and the public record; the screener, the levels and the full profile of any name; and your Overdrive list. I can read. I cannot place an order through StandPoint.
Ask in words. The answer comes from the live data.
These are the connector's own ready-made questions, the ones Claude lists in its + menu. Ask them, or ask your own. Every pick the assistant cites comes back with the instant and the price it was published, which is the proof.
- What did the desk publish today?
- How are the open positions doing?
- The full picture on a name
- Where does a name sit on its levels?
- The most stretched names in my books
- Who reports in the next week?
- How is my Overdrive list doing?
- What is the track record, honestly?
What it can read. Nine tools, nothing else.
Each one reads what your account reads, through the same code the app uses, and none of them can write.

How to connect. Three recipes, one address.
The address
https://standpointhq.com/api/v1/mcp
Claude
- 1Open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with the address.
- 2Claude sends you to StandPoint to sign in with your account email and approve. You are back in Claude a few seconds later.
- 3Once StandPoint is listed in Claude's directory, you will also find it under Browse connectors.
ChatGPT
- 1Open Settings, then Connectors, and turn on Developer mode.
- 2Create a connector with the address.
- 3Sign in with your account email when asked, and approve.
Any assistant that speaks MCP
- 1Give it the address, and sign in when it asks.
- 2A client that only takes a header uses an API key instead: make one under Account, then Security, and send it as a bearer token.
The full walkthrough, step by step, is under Account, Connect an assistant.
The rules. Four, and none of them move.
It reads. It does not trade.
The connector cannot place an order through StandPoint, and it never will. Whatever you do with a pick happens at your own broker, under your own responsibility.
Yours to disconnect
What you connected is listed under Account, Security, Connected apps. Disconnect it there and the assistant loses access at once.
Proof with every pick
Every answer about a pick carries the instant it was published and the price at that instant, the same two fields the public record stands on.
A public hash, every day
The day's record hash is public at /api/v1/public/record/hash, stored the first time it is computed and never rewritten.
